ZSL Library & Archive Art Collection Tour
ZSL Library & Archives is one of the UK’s largest repositories of animal images.
The collections contain approximately 6,000 original artworks in watercolour, oil and other media. The majority are watercolours which were produced in the 19th century but the collection dates from the early 17th century to the end of the 20th century.
Additionally, ZSL Library contains a rich historic book collection containing thousands of images (lithographs, engravings and woodcuts), and a number of sculptures.
The tour will highlight a selection of artworks held at ZSL Library & Archives, with staff providing an introduction to each and allowing time for closer examination at the end.
When booking, please indicate the date and time of the tour you are booking as there are multiple tours available.
