Landscape Sketching Workshop

Join us on the shores of Windermere to learn about the Picturesque Movement and the Sublime that was incredibly popular with Victorian tourists visiting the Lake District in the 19th Century. We will have a go at sketching the beautiful landscape using Victorian trends and Picturesque techniques. For example, how might looking through an orange glass change the landscape in front of us? Everyone is welcome to join this sketching workshop including families and budding artists. You can stay for as little or as long as you like. Come and take a break by the lake and watch the world go by! This workshop will be led by our Creative Producer Annie.
