Curator Tour: Victorian Art and Science

This gallery tour delivered by Curator of British Art, Melissa Gustin, explores the ways in which Victorian artists peppered topics of natural philosophy throughout their work, fuelling and engaging with the culture of the time.

This tour is free and un-ticketed but places are limited. Please be aware that the tour will involve walking within our galleries and that gallery seating is not available in all rooms. Folding stools are available upon request. The galleries are wheelchair accessible via a lift from ground to first floors. Please gather to meet our team on the first floor landing 5-10 minutes before the start of the tour.
