In Conversation: Anthony Shapland, Marie-Anne McQuay, Jo Marsh
As part of the public programme for our current exhibition, MURMUR, a solo show by artist, filmmaker and writer Anthony Shapland, we’re delighted to host a live in-person conversation event between Anthony, guest curator Marie-Anne McQuay and Tŷ Pawb Creative Director Jo Marsh.
Together they’ll talk about the themes of the exhibition, including queer and working class identity in rural and edgelands communities and mimicry and illusion in nature and culture, as well as the ways in which Anthony integrates writing within his visual practice.
The event will start with a tour of the exhibition with Marie-Anne.
